Personal data: I was born 31 January 1940 in Cleveland, Ohio. We moved to
Mt. Vernon, Ohio where I went to grade school and high school. I received a
BA Degree in Humanities from Findlay College, Findlay, Ohio. I married
Patricia Ann Hatfield on 9 May 1965. Patricia Ann was born in Selma,
Alabama. We have a son, William Keith, born 2 May 1966 in Selma, Alabama,
and a daughter, Christine Elizabeth, born 4 October 1967 in Lakenheath,
England.

Military data: 1 November 1963 - Basic Training.
5 January 1964 - Officer Training School.
31 March 1964 - Commissioned.
April 1964 to May 1965 - Pilot Training, Craig, Alabama.
June 1965 to October 1965 - Davis-Monthan (TDY).
